Electrical Rubber Hand Gloves

The Product

Natural Rubber is Polymer composed of Heavaprene and is obtained commercially from the rubber tree. Rubber is most elastic substance known and this elasticity permits maximum glove dexterity. Rubber insulating gloves are among the most important articles of personnel protection for electrical workers incorporating high dielectric and physical strength, flexibility and durability.

"Crystal" rubber insulating gloves with curved hand design give superior electrical protection and maximum comfort in high voltage work.

"Crystal" rubber insulating gloves have earned the reputation for superior performance and meeting and exceeding requirements of tropical Indian conditions.

Under rigid quality control standards "Crystal" combines the finest raw materials and technical knowledge to produce line-men 's protective equipment that consistently surpasses ISS 4770/1968/1991/1993 and IEC 60903 specifications.

"Crystal" gloves are soft and flexible for comfort yet both abrasion and cut resistant for long wear.

Production facilities for manufacturing "Crystal" electrical lineman's gloves comply with the highest possible standards and regulations.

In Service Recommendations and Cautions

To Optimize the use of the "Crystal" Lineman's Gloves, It is recommended to follow conditions below:

  • STORAGE: The Gloves must be stored in their packaging, Do not compress them. Do not store them near Light or Heat sources, natural or artificial. Storage temperature must be between20and35° C. Humidity 60± I 0%.
  • TRANSPORT: Transport Conditions must be the same that the storage conditions.
  • BEFORE USE : Inflate the Gloves with air in order to detect potential leakages. Carry out visual inspection.
  • CLEANING: With Water and soft soap. Dry at less than 65° C.
  • PRECAUTIONS:
    • Do not let into contact with Petrols, Oils, Grease, Acids, or any corrosive products. Do not use wet gloves.
    • Avoid folding gloves : The strain on rubber at the folded points is equal to stretching the glove to twice its length.
    • Avoid storing inside out: Gloves should never be stored inside out. Storing reversed gloves strains the rubber severely and promotes ozone cutting.
ATTENTION: The life time of the gloves used or stored is limited. ISS 4770/1991/1993 & IEC 60903 recommends periodic inspection and testing.
